Items Shipped From Store
Merchandise shipping directly from a retail store must be ordered by Wednesday, June 5 at 6 p.m. (ET) for delivery by Father's Day (Sunday, June 16).

Standard Delivery

  • Package arrives within 3-6 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
  • If shipping to more than one address, add $5 for each additional address.
  • SaksFirst customers receive Free Standard Shipping when purchasing with a Saks MasterCard® or SaksFirst credit card.

Rush Delivery*

  • Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 6 PM (ET).
  • For each address with at least one Rush item, add $7.50 to the Standard Delivery Charge.
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Next Business Day Delivery*

  • Packages arrive within 1 business day, provided order is placed before 6 PM (ET).
  • For each address with at least one Next Business Day item, add $15.00 to the Standard Delivery Charge.

Saturday Delivery*

Gift Card Shipping

Shipping charges do not apply to Gift Cards when purchased with merchandise.

If an order contains only Gift Cards, the following shipping charges apply:

  • Standard Delivery: $4.00
  • Rush Delivery: $7.50
  • Next Business Day Delivery: $15.00
  • Saturday Delivery: $25.00

Currently Gift Cards can only be purchased or redeemed when shipping to US addresses.

*All packages are sent via FedEx unless shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory (in which case packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses will take additional time.

Items Shipped From Store

Some merchandise sold on saks.com is fulfilled directly from a retail store. These items ship separately with Standard Delivery and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Items shipped from store may incur slight delays due to increased processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

At Saks Fifth Avenue, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below.

  • Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of watches, jewelry and electronics, presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of watches, jewelry, electronics, sale merchandise and SAKS FASHIONFIX items will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Saks Fifth Avenue or at saks.com.

Returns:
In-Store

Present the merchandise to an associate at any Saks Fifth Avenue store with the original receipt or gift receipt. PLEASE NOTE: SAKS FASHIONFIX purchases cannot be returned in stores.

By Mail

  1. Enclose the completed return form with your shipment.
  2. For future reference, retain the top portion of the Shipping Summary packing list.
  3. Affix the pre-paid United States Postal Service Return Label to the outside of the package and send via U.S. Mail (we provide insurance); the return postage charge indicated to the left of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please insure the package and ship to:

Exchanges:

In-Store:
You may exchange your merchandise at any Saks Fifth Avenue store. Simply bring your merchandise and your receipt. PLEASE NOTE: SAKS FASHIONFIX purchases cannot be exchanged in stores.

By Mail:
If you wish to get a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order by calling 1.877.551.7257. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. Standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.
